How to schedule a meal

Process for Scheduling 2010 Annual Conference Meals

Meals held at the Classic Center:

  1. Any group hosting a meal will be responsible for the cost of catering and will also incur a venue charge. Please note this is a change from previous years. In the past the Conference has born the expense of the venue. However, the need to reduce the budgetary impact of Annual Conference means that this is no longer possible.
  2. The Classic Center will offer one menu of meals per day for a discounted price that includes catering and venue. If your group does not want to serve the standardized menu, other food options will be available but at an additional cost.
  3. The meal host must send a completed meal information sheet to the Conference meal coordinator. These forms may not be submitted directly to the Classic Center. (Click here to download the Meal Information Sheet)
  4. The meal coordinator will review the forms for conflicts and forward them to the Classic Center staff.
  5. In the event of a conflict the meal coordinator will work with the Classic Center staff to find the best workable solution.
  6. Once the schedule is set the Classic Center staff will coordinate the menu, cost, guaranteed number and billing process with the individual meal host.
  7. Please be aware that the Classic Center will request payment of 50% seven days prior to Conference and the remainder is due the day of the meal.
