For two years the Fund for Theological Education has been exploring these questions with noted leadership and organizational theorists-Parker Palmer, Marshall Ganz, Peter Senge & Otto Scharmer. The result is VoCARE, a new approach to hearing one another into vocation, discovering the gifts of the beloved community, cultivating future church leaders and exploring a common vision and cause for what is possible for the church right now.
